Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic granules
  • teaspoons black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, optional

Instructions
 Start Cooking 

  • Wash hands thoroughly, lathering with soap, and rinsing under running water before handling spice bottles.
  • Combine all spices in a small jar with a lid and shake well.
  • Use 1½ to 2 teaspoons per pound of meat, poultry, or seafood.

Notes

Note: Add a Tablespoon of salt if you wish, or season meat with salt before coating with the spice rub.
